This policy explains how Fidan Labs collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit fidanlabs.com and get in touch with us.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- The service you are interested in and the content of your message
When the form is submitted we also record your IP address, browser information (user agent), the date of submission and the site language, for security and abuse prevention. Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page visited, date) for technical operation.
Why we use it
- To reply to your message or quote request
- To contact you about your project or our services
- To prevent spam and abuse and keep the site secure
We do not add you to marketing lists, sell your data or use it for advertising without your permission.
Where and how long it is stored
Form messages are stored in the database on the server that hosts our website. The server runs on DigitalOcean infrastructure in the United States. Security backups of the database are kept on the same infrastructure for 7 days.
Messages are kept for up to 2 years after your request is closed and are then deleted. If you would like them deleted sooner, just write to us.
Third parties
Your data is shared only with the service providers we need to run the service, and only as far as necessary:
- Hosting: DigitalOcean, LLC (USA)
- Email: the email service provider used to deliver form notifications and our replies
Unless required by law, your data is not shared with anyone else.
Cookies
The site uses only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie (remembers your language and form session) and a form security (CSRF) cookie. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are used. These cookies expire when you close your browser or shortly after.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its processing and learn how it is used. Visitors in Türkiye also have the rights described in our KVKK notice (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law).
